Yes. Share the gallery link with anyone you like — viewing and uploading are separate, so relatives who were not there can look through everything without contributing a single photo. This is usually how grandparents at a distance end up seeing the day, and it tends to work better than a batch of messages because the gallery keeps arriving: photos guests upload the following week show up in the same place rather than in a second round of forwards. There is nothing for them to install or sign up for either; the link opens in whatever browser they already use. If you would rather keep it tighter, put a password on the gallery and pass it on only to the people you want in it. And if someone far away does want to add a photo of their own, the same link lets them.
You can do either. Run a separate gallery for the shower and the reveal, or keep one gallery for both — most people use one per event, because the download comes out tidier and you are not sorting two afternoons apart afterwards. Separate galleries also let you use different QR codes and share each one with a different set of people, which matters when the guest lists do not fully overlap. The trade-off is the plan: Free includes one gallery, so running two at once means moving to Starter or above. If you would rather stay on one gallery, photos stay in upload order and you can filter and organise them in the Photos tab afterwards. Either way the full-resolution download is available on every plan, so the choice is about tidiness rather than about keeping the photos.
Yes — it is often more useful for small ones. With a handful of guests the photos are the most scattered, precisely because nobody appointed a photographer and everyone assumed someone else was getting the shot. A gallery with fifteen people uploading to it usually ends up more complete than one with a hundred, since at that size almost everyone contributes rather than leaving it to the crowd. The free plan covers one gallery with up to 50 photos and 1 GB of storage, which is genuinely enough for a small shower or reveal — you do not need to pay anything to find out whether this works for you. There is no minimum, no per-guest cost and no setup beyond naming the gallery and printing one QR code. If you do need more room, moving up a plan keeps everything already uploaded.
