    What happens when I reach my limit?

  • You'll see a warning as you approach a limit on the Subscription page

  • The action that would exceed the limit is blocked

  • Upgrade to continue

  • No data is deleted

    • Can I change plans?

    Yes, anytime:
  • Upgrades take effect immediately, with the remaining days prorated

  • Downgrades also take effect immediately

  • The unused portion of a downgrade becomes account credit against your next invoice

    • Is there a refund policy?

    Subscriptions are generally non-refundable. We refund billing errors on our side, and
    may offer a pro-rata refund if we fail to provide a paid service. Monthly plans can be
    cancelled at any time with access to the end of the paid period; annual plans are not
    refundable. Requests must be made within 30 days of the charge. Note that a downgrade is
    settled as account credit, not as a refund.

    Consumers in the EU have a separate statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of
    concluding the contract — see our Widerrufsbelehrung.

    What about taxes?

  • Prices are shown excluding tax where applicable

  • VAT is added for applicable regions, based on your billing address

  • Your invoice shows the tax charged and is available as a PDF
