Managing Photos

Highlight your favorite photos:

Click on a photo to open the detail view

Click the Star icon to feature it

Featured photos appear first in the gallery

Each photo includes:

Upload Date & Time - When it was uploaded

Uploaded By - Guest name (if provided)

Device Info - Device type used

File Size - Original file size

Dimensions - Image resolution

Reactions - Guest reactions count

Switch between different gallery views:

View	Description
Grid	Standard thumbnail grid
Timeline	Chronological with timestamps
Slideshow	Full-screen automatic slideshow

Click on a photo to open it

Click the Download button

Choose quality:

- Original - Full resolution
- High - Optimized for sharing
- Medium - Smaller file size

Go to the Photos tab

Click Download All

Choose your options:

- Include all or approved only
- Original or optimized quality
- With or without watermarks

Click Generate ZIP

Download link will be emailed to you

Note: Large galleries may take several minutes to process.

Downloading is not limited by plan. Individual downloads and ZIP downloads of a whole
gallery are available on every plan, including Free.

Mimentum includes basic editing tools:

Click on a photo

Click Edit

Available tools:

- Crop - Trim the image
- Rotate - Rotate 90° left/right
- Flip - Flip horizontal/vertical

Click Save to apply changes

Note: Editing creates a new version; the original is preserved.

View your storage usage:

Go to Dashboard > Subscription

See your storage bar

View breakdown by gallery

If you're running low on storage:

Delete rejected photos - They still count toward storage

Remove duplicates - Look for similar uploads

Delete test photos - Remove any testing uploads

Upgrade your plan - Get more storage

Mimentum automatically:

Preserves original photos

Creates optimized thumbnails

Compresses previews for fast loading

Maximum upload size is a per-gallery setting, not a plan limit. The default is
10 MB per file, and you can change it in your gallery settings.

MP4, MOV, WebM

Length is set per gallery: 30 seconds by default, and can be set anywhere between

10 and 60 seconds. A minimum length also applies (3 seconds by default).

After upload, videos are:

Transcoded for web playback

Thumbnail generated

Made available in multiple qualities

Guest video uploads are enabled by default and are controlled per gallery, not by
plan. Turn them off in gallery settings if you only want photos.

Mimentum performs basic checks on uploads:

File type validation

Size limit enforcement

Duplicate detection

For inappropriate content:

Click on the photo

Click Report or Delete

If reported, photo is hidden pending review
