Show your guests' photos on screens throughout your venue in real-time. The Live Display feature turns any screen into a dynamic slideshow of memories as they're captured.

What You'll Need

  • A TV, monitor, or projector

  • A device to connect (laptop, tablet, or smart TV)

  • Internet connection at your venue

  • A web browser

    • Quick Setup

  • Go to your gallery in the dashboard

  • Click the Live Display button

  • A new tab opens with the display view

  • Connect your device to the screen

  • Make the browser full-screen (press F11 or Cmd+Ctrl+F)

    Slideshow Mode

    Shows one photo at a time with smooth transitions.

    Settings:

  • Duration: 3-30 seconds per photo

  • Transition: Fade, slide, zoom, or none

  • Order: Newest first, oldest first, or random

  • Include Videos: Play videos in slideshow

    • Grid Mode

    Displays multiple photos simultaneously.

    Grid Options:

  • 2x2 (4 photos)

  • 3x3 (9 photos)

  • 4x4 (16 photos)

  • 5x5 (25 photos)

    • Update Frequency:

  • New photos appear automatically

  • Configurable refresh rate (5-60 seconds)

    • Timeline Mode

    Chronological display with timestamps.

  • Guest name (if provided)

    When you hover over the display, you'll see:

    Showing the QR Code

    Display a QR code so guests can easily upload:

  • Click the QR Code button in controls

  • Position options:

    • - Bottom left corner
    - Bottom right corner
    - Floating overlay
  • Size: Small, Medium, or Large

    • QR Code Settings

  • Show Continuously - Always visible

  • Show Periodically - Appears every X photos

  • Show on Demand - Only when button pressed

  • Animate - Subtle pulse to draw attention

    • Enhance your display with information panels.

    Stats Panel

    Shows real-time statistics:
  • Total photos uploaded

  • Number of guests contributing

  • Photos in last hour

  • Most active uploader

    • Leaderboard Panel

    Gamify photo sharing:
  • Top 5 or 10 uploaders

  • Photo count per guest

  • Updates in real-time

    • Announcement Panel

    Display custom messages:

    Set up different displays for different areas:

  • Reception Area - Welcome slideshow with QR code

  • Dining Room - Grid view of recent uploads

  • Photo Booth - Show photos from booth area only

  • Bar Area - Fun, party-focused slideshow

    • Different Views Per Screen

    Each screen can have unique settings:

  • Open Live Display in a new tab for each screen

  • Configure each tab differently

  • Connect each device to its designated screen

    • Show Specific Photos

    Filter what appears on the display:

    Excluding Content

    Hide certain photos from the display:
  • Pending approval photos (default)

  • Rejected photos (always hidden)

  • Specific tagged photos

  • Duplicates

  • Use a wired internet connection when possible

  • Close other browser tabs on the display device

  • Disable screen savers and power saving

  • Use a dedicated device for the display

    • Troubleshooting

    Photos not updating:
  • Check internet connection

  • Refresh the browser (press F5)

  • Verify gallery is active

    • Display is lagging:

  • Reduce grid size

  • Increase transition duration

  • Close other applications

    • Screen going black:

  • Disable screen saver

  • Adjust power settings

  • Keep browser active

    Live Display is not gated by plan — slideshow, grid mode and the QR code display are
    available on every plan, including Free.

    Removing Mimentum branding from the display is a Business feature. Everything else
    about Live Display works the same on all plans. The stats panel and the leaderboard are
    display settings you can toggle on any plan.
