Creating a Gallery

A gallery is your central hub for collecting photos from your celebration — a wedding, an engagement party, a baby shower, a birthday or any other event. Guests can upload photos directly from their phones, and you can manage, approve, and download all the memories in one place.
Step 1: Access the Dashboard
Step 2: Enter Gallery Details
Fill in the following information:

| Gallery Name | The name of your event (e.g., "Sarah & John's Celebration") | Yes |
| Event Date | The date of your event | Yes |
| Description | A brief description shown to guests | No |
| Custom Slug | A custom URL path (e.g., sarah-john-celebration) | No |
Custom slugs are available on Starter plans and above.
Step 3: Configure Settings
Privacy Settings:
Public Gallery - Anyone with the link can view and upload
Password Protected - Guests need a password to access
Approval Required - Photos must be approved before appearing Allow Guest Uploads - Enable/disable guest photo uploads
Require Guest Name - Ask guests for their name before uploading
Require Guest Email - Collect guest email addresses (optional)
Upload Settings:
Your gallery URL follows this format:
Random slug:
Custom slug:

For larger celebrations, we recommend enabling Approval Required:
Review photos before they appear publicly
Remove any inappropriate or blurry images
